1. Crushing and Screening Process

The stone enters the primary crushing equipment jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher) for secondary crushing. Finally, the finished material is screened by a vibrating screen, and the stone that meets the requirements is sent to the VSI sand making machine for molding and crushing. The unqualified materials are transported back to the VSI sand making machine by a belt conveyor for re-crushing, and finally the finished aggregate is obtained.

2. Sand washing process

The stone processed by the VSI sand making machine is cleaned by the sand washing machine and the sand recovery machine to obtain the finished sand.
