With the development of sand making technology, artificial sand has unique advantages over natural sand in terms of performance, particle size, shape, etc.

The stone is crushed with a jaw crusher. Then the material is transported to the secondary crushing equipment (impact crusher or cone crusher) by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing.

The belt conveyor transports 0-40mm aggregate to the VSI vertical impact crusher to make sand. Materials larger than 10mm return to the VSI machine for re-crushing to form a closed loop.

5-10mm materials can be partially refined according to discharge requirements. Materials smaller than 5mm enter the sand washing machine for cleaning.
